Great Leadership = Winners! Saints – Super Bowl Champions!

Hello friends!  Hope all is well!

Well, as you might already know, “The Saints Won The Super Bowl” and life in Louisiana has been crazy ever since! It has been a truly amazing experience!

As I have traveled to campuses and conferences during the past month, I have shared with them how Drew Brees and Sean Payton are great examples of fraternity men.  Both the Saints Coach and Quarter Back are members of Sigma Chi Fraternity.  They took a struggling team (struggling chapter) and with a great advisor (coach) and great leader (president – quarter back), and having recruited men with similar work ethics and values, and built a winning, championship team.  What a great example for our fraternities and sororities. They took a “good team” and made them into a “great team”! It can be done – but it is hard work!

As we all work towards being better at all we do, let’s remember we are capable of changing the environments in which we live and work!  I hope to do the same.
