What’s ritual got to do with it?
Listen to Mari Ann Callais speak for just a few minutes and she will inspire, educate and challenge you to turn your own Ritual into Reality. Dr. MAC combines music and storytelling into a dynamic experience where value-based decision-making and living reign supreme. These are not lofty ideals with no hope of turning into reality: Mari Ann’s complete focus is Inspiring Ritual into Reality.
“When people understand what their organization is about, and the values that were most important to their founders,” says Dr. MAC, “suddenly these members have clear-cut value-based guidelines. The path then opens to improve your daily choices, and ultimately, the way you live your life.”
Mari Ann educates all those involved (from new members to advisors and alums) and assists everyone in understanding the goal of fraternal organizations: to inspire us to be the best we can be.
“Being in a sorority has challenged me to push myself beyond what I probably would have been able to do on my own. Anyone has the potential to experience this for themselves.”
Dr. MAC is committed to assisting you in making measurable, positive changes in your organization. Through unique methods, activities and breakout sessions, Mari Ann helps you create an action plan for your chapter. She provides an intensive after-program, tailored to the specific needs of your organization. No other speaker in this industry has the extensive ritual training as Mari Ann Callais, PhD.
“The future of your organization is not yet defined — regardless of your past or present circumstances. I believe you really can change your organization for the better, and I will show you how.”

Mary Ann,
What a great website. You know that I still see you as that little girl I knew in elementry school that was full of life and adventure. It is amazing to see how far you come and to know that even as an adult with a PhD you haven’t change much from that young lady I knew in Buras that was always the life of the party. What an influence you have made and continue to make in the lives of students around the nation. Keep up the good work. I am so proud of you!!
